I really like this set! I am using it to get back in shape after sitting at a desk for years. I can feel my muscles getting stronger after using only two weeks. Only question is I received 11 pcs which included 2 wrist straps but only 1 leg strap, 2 would be better in stead of switching from leg to leg during workout.
