Review on CustomerIQ by Don Pintac

I love how easy it was for me to use this system! The training provided in order to get started using all of its features was very thorough & helpful - we were able to start collecting data quickly after completing that process. There are some minor glitches here or there but nothing major at this time (we have only been working w/this software since last week). Overall though, what they offer really makes sense from both perspectives-the user's perspective who wants more control over his own database creation processes while also having access to someone else's team members' knowledge when he needs them most. We created custom fields through User Interface which made us realize later down the road where these could be used effectively.
