Xprite's customer service just keeps getting better.
The product looks good, the instructions are not the best. After installation; The light switches worked but the voltmeter didn't work. Xprite customer service said they didn't have a gauge in stock and should send back the defective Revain part. Well, Revain is sold out too. I called xprite support again and all they can do is "sorry for the inconvenience". No offers to help find a replacement or even saying they can give me one later. They really didn't care about this customer and I will never buy anything from them for my jeep ever again. UPDATE: Support contacted me after my review. In the end they helped me to solve my problems. Many Thanks
