The tool has been great for our team as it allows us quick access of all information needed in an easy manner when performing any task related or not directly linked to data entry process at work place (e-mails / calls). It's very useful especially if one needs multiple reports from different sources within few seconds time frame! I have nothing particular against this software since everything works fine but only minor suggestion would be:-1) More options should come up so user can easily find whatever they need2.) One could add more features such as chatbots which will help users solve their problems faster3.). If possible then please provide option where people don't require login credentials each & everytime4.- As said earlier there are some times while using certain tasks/reports; sometimes system freezes even though internet connection seems proper5 - In case anyone wants reporting feature like Excel sheet etc., just go.
