Great Platform for Email Marketing: ROUTEE
The customer service is amazing and the team is very helpful. They are always willing to answer any question you have. The platform is very easy to use and the reporting is very detailed. I love the ability to have the same platform in both my website and email campaigns. I wish it was easier to track the emails that are sent to our customers. It can be a bit cumbersome to create and send emails from the platform. It is a great tool to use and I highly recommend it. We are using Routee to send out emails to our customers and it is helping us to stay in contact with our customers.

- Detailed information for each lead or prospect entered into database.
- Great way share content across all platforms (website, social media pages) without having multiple accounts setup!
Cons
- Tracking opens/clicks within marketing automation software
- Creating new templates not too intuitive if this isn't your first time doing so.
- Able To add custom code directly onto template when creating mass mailing campaign; allowing users more freedom as well
