I have bought about a dozen of these spikes and use them to recommend. They tried to solve the problem of the crampon chain coming off the ledge by strengthening the island. Now instead of a repairable eyelet breakage (carry zip ties to reattach them to the seat belts, the entire belt snaps in half! Renders the entire system useless. Tried to get them to do it by sending RME's and after phone calls, voiding their warranty to fulfil, but no response after more than 2 months of trying Defective product, no customer service
