My husband loves this fan! Instead of standing fans, he likes to use carpet fans. He likes that they release a lot more air. This carpet fan is noisy like the others. It's powerful too. He assembled it in no time. Not as much. It comes with instructions. The handle is a little wobbly. You must be careful when using it. It is made of plastic and can be adjusted up and down. The more you let go of it, the weaker it is. Moves on two wheels behind. You tilt it backwards to flip it. The wheels are strong enough. The front of the fan rests on a wire stand. With it you can dry carpets very quickly. Just place it under the edge of the carpet. It slaps and dries the carpet. You can move it manually. It's not too difficult.
