I love this chic glazed teacup and infuser basket. My lighting makes the mug dark, but it's the same as in the photo, almost down to the markings! It's made of thick ceramic with a nice, big, and comfortable handle. Doesn't get hot which I love! I scoop loose leaf tea into a basket and pour boiling water from the teapot, then cover with a lid for about 5 minutes. After soaking, I remove the lid and basket. It turns out perfect! Actually better than expected. The walls of the teapot basket do not let any tea particles through, only water. The only thing that could have made this brew mug better would be the screw top drinking option.
