I was looking for a good pre and post workout dietary supplement to help with recovery. This product contains EAAs and BCAAs which are a staple in the training industry for people ensuring their bodies are receiving proper rest and hydration, which is vital for serious athletes. Normally I often have sore muscles after a workout and this product has drastically reduced that to a minimum. I chose Squeeze Me Grape and it's outstanding. I know a lot of people either love or hate grape flavored supplements, but this is by far the best grape flavored product I've ever taken. Highly recommended!
