I've been using it for about 2 years. From day one, he's been hit and miss whether he goes to work or not. When he's in a good mood, he works great. But when he's in a bad mood, VERY frustrating! I have to keep unplugging and plugging it back in. Some days it works perfectly, other days it never works. In fact, there's no idea how to tell if he's in a good mood or not. You just have to keep your fingers crossed. I use this for a work computer and the unreliability makes it difficult to work with. I've just decided it's time to find something different, although I'm not yet sure what it will be. Two years of arbitrariness is too much.
