Great concept, terrible execution. I'm not sure why the images were rotated when I added them.

So I bought it 6 weeks ago and finally installed it. The concept is absolutely amazing. i want to love it The quality and performance is terrible. The frame holding all the crystals broke (a patchy area came loose). The seller's response after I sent them the photo came immediately and they sent a new one. Also, the replacement frame is made of high-gloss chrome, while the original frame is made of brushed stainless steel. Many of the crystal balls were scratched or stained. They included 3 extras which was good but I would replace about 10 of them. In terms of craftsmanship, none of the three elements is properly aligned. So the holes in the die holder frame are tightened to allow the 4 screws to attach to the fan base. Same goes for the "shade" threads: 4 holes don't perfectly match for screwing into the fan base. Assuming it all holds together and the bottom stays in place I could live with that. (And that's after many HOURS of going up and down the ladder to attach each one, then loosen them to remove the broken frame, and then reattach each one to a new frame.) What I hate and why I don't want to keep is that you can still see all the cables, screw heads, and "ugly" bits, most of which are bright orange and red. And mine is 12 feet tall. This defeats the purpose of having a beautiful crystal chandelier and hiding the fan blades when not in use. Also, having to use the remote control is annoying. I have a new house and paid extra for a CF ESC and separate light switch. Due to fan wiring, I can't use my dimmer, but I have to use the remote control. for light off/dimmer levels. If you plan to call an electrician, also plan a day or so to be outside and air out if you have anyone with respiratory or lung sensitivity. The toxic chemical smell is extremely strong and lingers for hours and penetrates your skin. I can't imagine the health of the people stuck in the factories that make this thing.
