Cavok is easy to set up and gives me all I need for my business needs without having other apps or software installed in addition to our main office suites (Excel).
All important data points from sales through reporting right into one dashboard where anyone can access it via their laptop/PC at any time! Not much room for improvement unless something comes out that makes more sense than what we have now. We solve two problems by running this. 1) It saves us hours per week just logging everything internally instead of manually entering information twice - once as an internal record then as another external report2)it allows someone who isn't part of our team but works closely enough with them so they get insight on how well projects are going which helps drive better project management decisions.
