Peanut butter. i love the taste Low Carb/Keto

I've been on a low carb/keto diet for over 10 years and have tried just about every low carb bar on the market. I've had some terrible ones as well as some really amazing ones. It's not top notch, but it's damn good. I understand that some people react negatively to the taste. Over the years, my taste buds have become accustomed to sugar substitutes. So if this is your first time experiencing something like this, adjust your expectations. In terms of taste, Atkins has advanced bars that taste like candy bars (Milky Way, Snickers, etc.). They're expensive and they use sucralose, which I don't like - I prefer stevia. These bars use erythritol, glycerin and a small amount of stevia. I'm not a big fan of erythritol, it can irritate the digestive system. Glycerin is sweet and natural, but it's still unclear if it's truly low-carb or keto โ€” some research suggests it behaves like sugar when digested. I try to avoid. I would prefer stevia. However, they are still relatively low-carb and ketogenic. What makes them great is the texture - the chocolate on the outside reminds me of striped fudge cookies. Then inside is a mix of fluffy and crunchy peanut layers, just like a real peanut butter cake. If you've tried other bars, you know that almost all peanut butter bars are very floury and you get pretty sick of the soft texture. fast (even after Atkins). They have a great texture and are quite filling without being overly heavy. So these are snack bars only - they are not meal replacements, and they are not vitamin or nutrient bars. MCT powder is the main ingredient that is actually good for you. But I don't like whey protein, studies show it may not be the healthiest option. I have some reservations, I won't rely on it every day or anything, but sometimes it's a good pleasure.
