Great price. Purchased from a pharmacy in rolls of 20 strips costs about $1 per strip. It's about 40 cents a strip. If you think you'll be using it often, it's a worthy proposition. The manufacturer itself is not a panacea. But I have plantar fasciitis. Bad heel pain. I use 1/2 strip from heel to midfoot and a full strip wrapped around the heel. It seems to give me more relief than the method they show in their online videos. Reducing tension in the plantar fascia really does help relieve pain much, much better than any other sports tape I've used and it usually stays on for multiple showers, saving money. Also, my skin is strangely sensitive to glue; Even tape causes contact redness and irritation. There is no such effect from this product.
