EDIT: CUT MY HAIR TO CHIN. AND NOW I LOVE IT AGAIN. IT WAS COOL UNTIL MY HAIR STARTED GOING TO MY SHOULDERS. THEN my fine, thin hair STARTS getting wet, even after using this product and even after brushing my hair before washing it and the conditioner. GREAT for short to medium length hair, but if you have REALLY thin hair then you may need a different condition. ____________________________________________________________ BENEFITS: GIVES ME THE MOISTURE I NEED without feeling greasy (leave on after about two minutes and rinse well) LOVE THE SCENT! - I use Everstrong Shampoo - both have a great rosemary scent! STRONG HAIR - I use the product and blow dry it both can dry my hair and it helps keep it soft BUT adds strength and thickness. PRICE - GOOD for the money but I would pay more! It's DIFFICULT to find a conditioner that works without PLATE or greasy hair. AGAINST: NONE. Will update if I find it doesn't keep my hair looking good! Oh, if you REALLY hate the smell of ROSEMARY, you won't like this. Luckily I like the smell. TIP: I'm in my 60's and my thin fine hair hasn't gotten any better with age. I use this shampoo and conditioner and now I use GOT2B FAT-TASTIC MOUSSE. This makes my curlers come out easier and allows me to curl my hair at night, remove the curlers but not brush, and have a PUMP the next morning. I ALSO CONFIRM SEBASTIAN SHAPER hairspray (regular). With the GOT2B Fat-tastic Mousse I now use VERY little hairspray as the mousse holds GOOD volume. But for more thousands of miles per hour and staying power, grab a Sebastian Shaper, lean to the side of the head you're spraying, shake and spray a little, lean forward to form the tip, and squeeze then just slide it down if it sticks out too much. After it dries, fluff and spray again, it will thicken and last longer.
