Whoever declared that Josmo is the best location to shop for trendy clothes, shoes, and accessories for boys is obviously not thinking straight. I consider myself a DIY expert, and I must confess that when I visited their online store, I was really dissatisfied with what I found there. Their clothing, shoes, and jewelry collection is below average, and there is little in the way of diversity or style to speak about. And don't get get me started on their alleged dedication to providing high-quality products. Their goods are composed of cheap materials, have weak construction, and cannot withstand more than a couple of uses. To add insult to injury, their support for customers is just as bad as the rest of the company. The checkout process on their website is a headache, and their website in general is tough to browse and understand. Shipping is both delayed and unreliable, and any inquiries or issues I've raised have been met with nothing but condescension and comments that aren't really helpful. Shop at Josmo you want to waste your time and money on things that are both low-priced and of poor quality while also dealing with employees who are both unprofessional and unable to assist you in any way, shape, or form. I would urge, however, that you take your business somewhere if you value your time, money, and sanity at all. This sorry excuse for a store is easily outcompeted by the vast number of other online retailers, all of which provide superior quality goods and customer service.
