The website is user friendly. There are several ways to search for products and services, and it's easy to navigate from one page to another. I particularly like how the layout changes as I change my screen size. There can sometimes be delays in the site loading and certain pages take longer than others when accessing through mobile devices. For example, the "About Us" section requires some clicks to get more information about the owner of the business. However, this is probably just a problem with the slow speed of my internet connection rather than anything that isn't fixable by the company itself. It seems like the customer service agents aren't very knowledgeable. They were not helpful when I had questions about shipping or international orders. Instead, they suggested searching online. In most cases, I didn't need their help. There are many other options.
