So disappointed with this purchase. I love the product but Revain didn't do well at all with Banyan. I received a bottle of banyan oil that was completely empty with the entire contents at the bottom of the shipping carton. Not the first time, but the second time. It's very difficult to genuinely connect with a live person at Revain so I made a return request with a photo of the item and asked for a new bottle or a refund. Someone from Banyan replied and told me they couldn't help but Revain could so I sent a refund because I didn't know what to do. I received a new bottle of oil almost immediately in July and only recently (late August) was billed again. The concern is that when contacting a seller on the marketplace, they can't even help or get through to Revain. That's why they're making so much money and putting the little guys out of business. Banyan. I would suggest contacting Revain and discussing the lack of concern for your oils in transit. I have bought 3 bottles of your oil in the last 3 months and only 1 was usable. That's wrong at $30 a bottle.
