This is an ingenious invention! My least favorite thing before this product was whole chickens because the meat on the bottom was mushy and tasteless. It changed the game. The only downside is that it's difficult to wash the pan. It does not wash in the dishwasher and is not very pleasant to clean. Another oddity is that the skin isn't as tasty as regular pan frying. This is not really a problem with this product, but it is a result of this product. Still trying to figure out how to fix this. Come on, everyone knows skin is bad anyway!
