Ok fence, Non existence customer service

The enclosed instructions are minimum at best. I called to clarify a couple of things, and got someone who had no clue about the product. Once I started installation I realized that the instructions didn't say the size of the lag bolts provided for concrete installation. I called and ask and was told by the same women that the person that would know would call me back asap. I called later and he was gone for the day but was told first thing in the morning. I'm still waiting. I ended up buying…

Rusts and they make up reasons to deny warranty

This product rusted in four years and the customer service rep Victor gave me many different reasons to deny the warranty and finally closed the case and none of the reasons were true. For instance he said that non-potable water was in my irrigation system which was high in mineral content and therefore the warranty was void. We do not have non-portable water in our irrigation system, but they don’t care to even allow me to prove that. Crooks. They won’t even provide a detailed warranty…

Strong fence panels

I bought the panels & put them together myself, hired a handyman to secure them into my concrete sidewalk. Secure, nice finish. Had to get gate made & had to paint it to match panels. The panels are a much nicer finish.

Very Sturdy Fence, Excellent Customer Service

We actually ended up purchasing directly through Xcel fence to get the height we needed. Installed 110' of the 4' high Killington fence. Much sturdier than we expected. Everything went together easily, but you will need to have a few tools to do the job properly. The customer service at Xcel fence was amazing. Everyone there were very helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Excellent DIY Product

I have been installing this fence on my property for the last two years. It really is a great product and I would recommend that anyone consider it. Although it is more money this year than last, same great quality. Take your time and lay the job out correctly and you will have professional results!

Missing parts and no contact info

I ordered 7 fence panels and not one box contained post base flange and cover. My plan was to attach this fence to concrete and now its basically useless to me. I will have to see if I can dig holes and place in ground. First part of the order came very late and now the order has critical missing parts. This company is a joke.
