Rusts and they make up reasons to deny warranty
This product rusted in four years and the customer service rep Victor gave me many different reasons to deny the warranty and finally closed the case and none of the reasons were true. For instance he said that non-potable water was in my irrigation system which was high in mineral content and therefore the warranty was void. We do not have non-portable water in our irrigation system, but they don’t care to even allow me to prove that. Crooks. They won’t even provide a detailed warranty statement. Avoid unless you want to replace your fence in 4 years.
- Looks great around our pool, sturdy enough on concrete to keep dogs contained
- The panel may not hold up well in harsh weather conditions, such as high winds or heavy snow
