I like that it has so many features, such as call recording! It's very easy to set up calls for multiple clients at once with this software because you can have them all in separate tabs which makes things much easier when running several campaigns simultaneously (i'm not sure if there are other ways but i'd check out their support pages). The price point isn't bad either considering how powerful some add-ons could be - especially those involving multi-client/multi campaign tracking. Nothing really comes across too negative here. Call Recording was something we needed since our current system didn’t allow us access.
