Great tool if your looking into increasing conversions

I like that MaxLeads has an easy to use interface, it's very accurate at pulling data from our database as well as other sources such as Google Analytics (which can be useful for determining ROI). The only thing about this program we dislike was having too many options available when creating or editing contacts - there are so much features you could add in here without knowing what they were! Very useful tool and great customer service

I like that it has so many features, such as call recording! It's very easy to set up calls for multiple clients at once with this software because you can have them all in separate tabs which makes things much easier when running several campaigns simultaneously (i'm not sure if there are other ways but i'd check out their support pages). The price point isn't bad either considering how powerful some add-ons could be - especially those involving multi-client/multi campaign tracking. Nothing…

Overall good solution and affordable too

The best thing about this software for me personally was that it helped to manage my leads in an organized manner, so I can easily access them whenever required. It also helps me track all activities related with each particular contact or client which makes things very easy when dealing with large number of contacts at once time.
