I was surprised when my toner cartridges arrived as I expected them to be cheaply packaged at least. They weren't. The packaging was on par with all other manufacturers. The cartridges were protected internally with die-cut foam blocks and individually sealed in plastic. They are installed exactly like the HP branded device. The only difference from HP that I can tell is a one-time popup message that the black cartridge is not installed. Close the box and continue as usual.
