I keep water for those emergencies that in today's world cannot be well prepared for. I could use one for wine, my brother made wine by putting a balloon on the hole, he used sugar and yeast, unfortunately he used regular grape juice. I'm sure this is a bad recipe, but you can see how easy it can be. It's glass, you can't bang hard objects like cement and then complain about it. This is also glass, please address accordingly. I was nervous handling such a heavy container when filling it with water but had no problems. The first bottle I filled I took to the pantry, it made me too nervous so I used a wheelchair to transport it to my emergency pantry. It worked great!
