Got this for ma for Xmas 2020, started off good and then about two months needed to be charged daily so you went without while it charged. Then by 6 months the charge port stopped working. There is no place to be able to contact the seller about warranty at all. Ma said it was great till these problems which is why I have 2 stars instead of one. This product should last longer than 6 months. I will continue to look for a way to contact seller. She would like another one but think I might look for another brand one that comes with seller contact information. Only reason I am posting today is I just noticed it was gone when I went to help cut her grass and asked her what happened to it.
