Review on Eventumbot by Tim Solorzano

I like that this software enables you to create several types of bots (such as greetings) for each conference/event; it also allows me to add my own personalised messages so they are not in English only! The support system could be improved because although there's live chatting available via their website or app, sometimes when asking questions during training sessions one has to wait hours before receiving any response from someone who can answer your question directly. It would have been great if we didn't need additional licences after purchasing certain packages - but since these exist I'm glad I bought them with our first purchase rather than having to pay again later. Using EventumBot made us feel less stressed about running events. We were able to easily build custom-built welcome chats using premade templates and then connect those conversations into specific rooms within the main room where registrations took place.
