Review on 🔧 Hoover WindTunnel 2: Premium Filter Set for Enhanced Performance (303172001 & 304087001) by Ruth Ward

This purchase was misleading and I didn't get what I wanted or needed; Buyer Warning! I put in all the information I had about the vacuum cleaner we own and started looking for replacement parts for this machine. I haven't spoken to a soul since I received the package. Unfortunately, after opening the box and installing the product, I found that our machine's "fancy" HEPA filter I believe only needed a replacement cartridge filter that fits in a plastic HEPA machine. What I received was a complete filter, a plastic guide, a new front piece in the area where the filter enters the vacuum's HEPA seat. I ended up taking a razor blade and cutting the filter out of all the plastic junk I was given, placing and gluing the filter onto the HEPA portion of our vacuum cleaner. Next time I order a replacement filter I will be much smarter and more careful in my actions. I will likely have to contact the manufacturer for the correct part number and description. Otherwise the vacuum cleaner was a very good purchase that we made some time ago.
