I really wanted a necklace with my name on it and after SEARCHING EVERYWHERE I came across this company. They are inexpensive and appear to be of good quality. When I received my first necklace (table photo), the second S in my name had a noticeable crack. Only from the package that is with him in the photo. I requested a refund which they granted me and ordered a new one hoping it was an accident. The second was delivered today and was WORSE than the first (photo in the box). On 3/4 As, I are black chips and the clasp was put on backwards. I've requested a refund again and I don't know if I want to try a third purchase :( which I will say, they deliver very quickly, especially for a personalized product.
