I like that this service is constantly improving, it's easy to use for customers with no technical knowledge at all! It allows me as an operator of another phone provider in Chile (Claro) access via web without having any special hardware or software required from my side; which makes sense because we are using VoIP services nowadays instead traditional lines so less capital investment would be needed if you have already invested into PSTN infrastructure such us T1s/E-mail servers etc... I like how easy it is to use, as well as all of its features that are very helpful for my business. There's nothing really bad about this software so far! Nothing at all. It helps me keep track of everything in one place. This can help with keeping all of our clients organized. We also have better control over all of our phone calls by using this software.
