I bought three different cases for my iPhone X. Lifeproof is my favorite. Now that there have been two new versions of the iPhone since I bought it, it means that the price of the first generation is going down. That spring loaded holster clip above works really well. I had a similar holder that was rigid. I dropped my phone twice trying to unhook it so I bought another leather case. I like it too, but the Lifeproof case offers superior protection. Yes, I got caught in the rain with no problems. I highly recommend Lifeproof products.
