Not recognized in Windows 10

Bought to read the XQD card of my new Nikon Z6. But Windows 10 does not recognize this device. I've tried all the different troubleshooting tips I found on different websites e.g. B. Delete the device from Device Manager, then reboot to allow Windows to install the correct driver, etc. etc. Nothing helped. "USB device not recognized" keeps repeating. Unfortunately I bought two so I'm sending both back.
