Review on Efficient Time Management with Sunbeam 408441 61040 Timer: 60 Minutes Integrated by Zaine Davis

Lasted less than 4 months I rarely use it for timing cakes and cookies, grilled steaks, etc. Things that need timing. My last use was for cookies. I set the timer for 12 minutes and went to wash, got distracted and never heard the bell. Because he didn't call. The biscuits are of course burnt. So I tested it by setting it to 10 minutes before putting in a new batch and indeed, and for no apparent reason, the timer just went off and stopped doing its job. I hear some faint jingles about 2 minutes before the set time, but it stops working as the timer is expected to expire. The last times I had it was from the 1970's. it was Harvest Gold, if that says anything! I wasn't disappointed at all that it stopped working in 2017. I thought it would be a magical $1.99 investment. The price tag was still way down. It's a piece of junk. Attractive trash, but still trash.
