I think I got a used one

After putting the high chair together I noticed a scratch on the tray and crumbs in the seat. I think I received a used high chair :/ gross! I payed for a new one so that’s disappointing and it’s too much of a hassle to take it apart and return it. The high chair is easy to clean besides the straps are difficult getting on and off for a deeper clean.
