I bought a pair of these sneakers as a cheat for my closed toe high heels. Over time and throughout the day, whatever socks or pants you wear will leave an imprint on your legs. If you adjust your feet in the shoes, you will feel the imprints of your socks or stockings, so that was my joke. Slip a pair of toe straps under your socks and the padding makes them much more comfortable and manageable. However, this is not what I expected. We chose mesh instead of fabric. Except the holes in the mesh are so big that I can't use them the way I want. I used to be a dancer too. This is how the mesh feels comfortable when dancing. It seems more painful than it's worth.
