We have a lot of snow here right now. There was a lot of snow that knocked the whole car over, but it was a great moment when I removed the windshield and mirror covers and found the windshield and mirrors were sparkling clean. The wipers were also firm and ready to use. With flaps on either side that close in the doors and seat belts that extend around the mirrors, it stays securely in place. The internally closed valves protect against theft. One trick I found with mirror caps to make them easier to put on and take off was to turn them upside down with the lettering on them so the drawstring and tie are at the top. This greatly simplifies viewing and management.
