There's not much to complain about buying this seven dollar external hard drive enclosure that comes with free shipping. I bought three devices and the two cables that came with the devices broke and caused the computer not to recognize the drive. I switched to the other cables I had and everything works fine. The drive looks really good because there are no screws holding everything together and it looks very slick with the clear body, but the only thing that keeps it in place, or the friction rails, is when you use it a lot putting in and taking out could be loose and the lid could come off easily.
