Frustration and disappointment with item

This product may LOOK sleek and fancy, but it's just not practical for everyday use. The blade is dull and doesn't do a good job of slicing through meat, while the handle is awkward and uncomfortable to grip. On the plus side, it does come with a nice case for storage... Unfortunately, this item is better suited for display purposes rather than actual use in the home and kitchen..
