I like that it is easy enought even if you are not tech savvy at all! It's very intuitive once we get used toooem but can be overwhelming when first getting started with tons of features available in one platform (such as integration). The support from tonic team has been great so far - they have helped us figure out how best t use their product by answering our questions quickly while also keeping up w/ new releases or updates which helps keep things fresh & current without having constant calls back  ;from them :) We're solving problems related tot he quality control process within an organization where there was no centralized source before now allowing teams across several locations access ot same information about test cases / builds etc..
