Review on Large Black Ceramic Canister by Home Basics by Jeremy Nunez

First of all the canister is great. Good quality and very attractive. However, Revane's performance was TERRIBLE! It took me 3 times to get one: attempt 1 - sent in a paper envelope, huge piece broken attempt 2 - sent in a paper envelope again, completely destroyed. (I have to admit all the parts jingled nicely when I picked them up from the front door.) Called and spoke to customer service. They agreed that there is no point in putting a fragile item in a paper envelope. A note was added to the file. Attempt 3 - mailed again in a paper envelope, miraculously made whole. I used to be happy when Revain's performance came because I knew everything would come quickly and safely. Now I'm crossing my fingers and hoping to get my fragile items safe and sound.
