The best part about Insights is that it gives us all of our data in one place so we can see what customers are doing with their accounts from start to finish. This tool has helped me tremendously by giving me detailed reports for each account I manage. They also provide excellent customer service when needed via email or phone calls which was very helpful as well! No dislike at this point. We use insight squared to track everything regarding my accounts including ACH deposits/payments, check payments, credit card transactions etc.
