Review on Glow-in-the-Dark Tape: Oumers 33 ft x 2 inch Green Luminous Tape Sticker - Waterproof, Photoluminescent, and Easily Removable by Michael Bazen

This tape has almost no backlight except for a very short period of time immediately after exposure to direct light. We work nights so we used it three days in a row on a sign that sat in the Texas summer sun all day and when we got there two hours after sunset you couldn't even tell the tape was there (I don't think so it's supposed to be reflective, but that's just a warning in case you're wondering - it's not). We were surprised so we aimed the VERY high beam of the flashlight almost directly at the band for 5 minutes to get a feel for how long it would glow and it faded within a minute. It's of no value if you need a light to illuminate it - you can just leave the light on and save $15.
