Used to stream HD to all TVs in the house and control from a remote control. At the moment, with 5 out of 8 receivers in use, everything works great! No problem. I mainly distribute 1080 content and my 10 year old Cat5e works fine. Two long runs (about 75 minutes) with no problems. The built-in IR repeater works perfectly. 5 TVs of all different brands no problem. I had an old distribution system that required two cats. 5 for each run (different manufacturers) there were always problems, so I was afraid of cat distribution systems. 5, but this system seems to be 100%.
