My unit did not come with a 'shoe' to fit in the track on the back of the monitor (assumed to be where the included windshield mount would screw into) - see photos. Without that shoe, the only place to screw the windshield mount is into the bottom of the monitor, which means that for my truck (and probably most others as well), the monitor would have to hang upside down (the picture can be flipped, but the buttons cannot). Also, screwing into the bottom vs the back of the unit pretty much negates the windshield mount option anyway as there is insufficient room between the windshield and the dash. Did anyone get a 'shoe' or other means of screwing the windshield mount into the back of the unit?UPDATE: Received a whole different mount from Seller; not what I asked for but was able to use the little metal 'shoe' it came with for my window mount. Seller responses have been quick and good. Haven't actually used my unit on my vehicle yet, but pleased with it's performance on the bench and test battery. And having a Seller that's responsive means a lot. I recommend this unit.
