easy replacement and additional screw

Two drivers have to deal with two different types of screws. The standard bracelet uses Star (aka Torx) screws, the replacement uses Phillips screws and are generally not interchangeable. Be careful when inserting and tightening the new screw into the existing tab on the clock. It's easy to skip an existing hole and create a new hole
