I bought this for my elderly mother with macular degeneration. The watch is large and bulky, with a hard leather strap. With the slightest adjustment, it still rotated around her wrist. It's made for a grown man. The watch (without the strap) is cheaply made, the description says it's stainless steel, but it's definitely plastic! The watch is also very thick and bulky. The speaker sounded muffled, difficult to understand and not loud enough for my mother to hear even with her hearing aids. Sent the product back the next day after receiving it!
