Ineffective (for me)

I wanted to like this product as I have found the NOW brand to be very high quality in the past, but unfortunately this product did not live up to my expectations. In fact, I didn't notice anything when I took it regularly. I have since returned to Suntheanine's L-Theanine variation with great results. I've read in the past that effectiveness is often down to our chemistry, which means everyone reacts slightly differently to different products, so I still recommend trying it out if you're a fan of the brand.
