Review on 🍫 Quest Nutrition Protein Bar, Peppermint Bark: Deliciously Nutritious, 12 Count by Falcons Berry

I jumped for joy when I saw Quest Bark Peppermint Bars! What an exciting seasonal scent to add to my routine! Ordered a box right away even before I ordered a box of oatmeal chocolate chips, back from absence and my absolute favorite. Order arrived quickly thanks to Revain Holiday Hire! The next day I brought 2 of each bar to work - 1 mint bark for me and the rest to share with skeptics and non-believers alike. Check out the bar first - Hey, where's the crispy crust on top? I can see some colored dots under the waxy white coating that I didn't realize covered the entire bar. Okay, that's a representation of the holiday standard, let's see how it tastes. First bite - mmm, hmmm, not great. The peppermint flavor is muted, I don't smell any chocolate at all - white or cocoa, just something like vanilla with a bit of mint. First take a look at the bar from inside - Aaaaaa! No way! A mass of pink, whitish protein bar. No dark chocolate layer! So if you look at the picture on the label and also know the taste of mint, this bar unfortunately failed. Peppermint Bark, while the actual product doesn't live up to half of its implied promises. I'm still a huge Quest fan, but not this one.
