Review on Quilt Day Eleanor Burns Patterns by Denise Davis

I'm new to quilting and I usually have a hard time learning something new without showing it in person or at least watching a video. But a friend suggested a French cable pattern and I bought the template and instructions. Apparently the author thinks the same way as I do as the instructions were clear and it was beautifully illustrated. It's amazing to be able to create a new pattern that looks complicated.
