Job done. I think I received a defective device. The hard drive does not fit in the case. I tried 3 different 2.5" hard drives and none of them fit completely in the case. There is about a 1/4 inch gap at the top and the screws barely grab enough threads to hold them together. The USB cable was also very finicky. If I bumped the case even a little bit, it would come off. He clearly had a very unreliable connection. I buy them fairly regularly, but this was my first Sabrent. While I have not contacted the company for a replacement, I have no plans to purchase this brand in the future.
